Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared as baby-sitter in films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99), and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who both are a stand-up comedian and social worker. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first was featured in a public service announcement for foster care at the age of seven of age. She then began working as a child print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target as well as appearing on milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School.
